No returns or exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Defective products must be noted in writing and reported within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Thorough testing on all Lectio Publishing downloadable products has been performed; all files have been proven effective. Any and all e-book purchases are final.
Bookstores may request, within 6 months of invoice date, to return in salable condition up to 25% of a book order. The bookstore is responsible for shipping/delivery charges, which will be pre-paid.
If no more than 10% of a bookstore order is returned, no restocking fee applies. If returning more than 10% of the book order, a 15% restocking fee applies to the entire return shipment.
